Delivery of Goods

Delivery may be effected depending on stock availability, although payments can be processed at the checkout. Changes to the delivery address made by the purchaser after the goods have been dispatched will incur additional charge. If the delivery address is incorrect/incomplete resulting in the loss of goods a new will need to be placed. Shower outlet accepts no liability for losses in there circumstances. Restocking charges or additional transport charges also apply for incorrect address which are returned to sender, charges will vary on package size and location. 

Delivery dates including express & international delivery options are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries. Do not arrange for a tradesman to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage. Please not packages can be left in safe place or neighbour under carrier instruction.

In certain circumstances where large items are being ordered for delivery to remote locations (Scottish Islands, N.Ireland, Channel Islands) there may be an additional carriage charge. If your order falls into this category then you will be notified of the extra cost. Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under UK law, Shower Outlet accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so resulting from acts of god, fire, legislation or other factors outside its control, or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you with fourteen (14_ days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases Shower Outlet will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that your order from Shower Outlet with sufficient lead time to prevent any or disappointment resulting from such non-shipment.

Returns of Faulty Goods

You should, on receipt carefully and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage with 24 hours of delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 24 hours. If original packaging has been opened/disposed of or you're unable to supply pictures of reported damage we are unable to process your claim. Shower Outlet reserve the rights to replace reported damaged goods with either direct replacement, suitable alternative products or part's upon review of claim.

If a product is faulty you can return it to Shower Outlet for an exchange or a full refund. Returned items are inspected and tested, please note that should we determine that the product is not faulty you will not receive a refund for that item but you will be charged for any costs we incur.


Missing Goods

You should inspect the package thoroughly ensuring that all parts included correspond with the delivery note. All none delivered (missing parts) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, items reported after the stated time period can not be accepted, supporting, written and photographic documentation will be required to process claim.

Packages reported missing in transit which don't feature signed or tracked delivery information will be subject to further investigation via Royal Mail/Courier missing parcel enquirers, applicable within 30 days of dispatch date (Inland P58 form maybe required). If the package hasn't arrived after 14 days or is not awaiting collection at a local delivery deport please contact Shower Outlet for further assistance. 


Returns of non-faulty goods

Shower Outlet strive to ensure that you are a happy customer. If however the event arises that you wish to cancel or return your order, then you may do so in accordance with the provisions below. You can cancel your order, to do this, please email is or write to us. It will speed up the returns process if you can provide a brief explanation of your reason for cancellation. NB: We will refund your money, excluding additional postage/transport paid, within 30 days.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense to the registered office address below with 30 days. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out sufficient transport insurance to cover their value. It is recommended that - for your own protection - you should send the products back to Shower Outlet using recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. Additionally, it is the customer's responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods during the cancellation period and we would therefore recommend the product(s) are returned to our registered office address below, not our distribution address featured on the packaging unless otherwise stated. Returned with the original packing in good condition to avoid the products being damaged on the return journey. There are a number of online parcel providers who are able to handle large package returns. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns if:

The products have been used, damaged, personalised or customised in any way.

The products have been fitted/modified for fault finding purposes, we will deem it to have been used.

Your purchase has not been returned & received within 30 days.

Shower Enclosures & Screens have been opened or signs of damage to the original packaging as these are not suitable for resale.

NB: Imported items will be subject to restocking charges.
